PPR pipe fittings hot melt connection problem

1. When PPR pipe fittings are connected by hot melt, do not thread directly on the top, and connect with metal pipes can be connected with flanges. When connecting with water heaters, pipe fittings with metal inserts must be used;
2. Be sure to use trusted hot melt tools when performing construction, so as to ensure the quality of hot melt;
3. Use special building materials to cut the pipe, and the cut should be smooth and free of burrs;
4. When cleaning the welding place of the pipe fittings, do not let sand or dust affect the quality of the joint. Use a heating head that matches the size of the pipe to be welded to set on the fuser, and turn on the power supply. On, let the heating head reach the most suitable temperature;
5. You can use a pencil to record the depth of welding on the pipe;
6. Put the pipes and fittings into the fusion splicer and heat them according to the required time;
7. After heating, take out the pipes and fittings immediately, and link them immediately. When the pipes and fittings are connected and matched, if their positions are wrong, you can make minor adjustments within a certain period of time, but they will be twisted. The angle cannot exceed five degrees;
8.After the connection is complete, be sure to hold the pipes and fittings firmly with your hands, so that they have sufficient time to cool down, and after cooling to a certain level, you can let go of your hands, and then install the pipes below.
